March 2026 Monthly Meeting

PCC Events provide a valuable opportunity for business mailers to gain a better understanding of Postal Service policies, programs, and procedures that have been specifically designed to improve their mailing and shipping needs.

During this GPPCC March 2026 Monthly Forum, the enrichment topics featured are:

Postal Enrichment: Leah Swick, Manager of National Materials Customer Service, USPSwill be presenting an overview of MTEOR for business customer.

Leah Swick is the Manager of National Material Customer Service (NMCS). Her USPS journey began a decade ago in the Topeka Material Distribution Center, where she spent her first hours learning the operational side of the organization before moving into NMCS. There, she steadily advanced through each tier, gaining hands‑on experience that now shapes her leadership approach. Today, Leah oversees an internal helpdesk that provides critical support to postal facilities nationwide, suppliers, business partners, transportation teams, and occasional customers with a focus on service, collaboration, and operational excellence.

WASHINGTON — In recognition of the nation’s 250th anniversary, the U.S. Postal Service today released Figures of the American Revolution Forever stamps. The commemorative stamps feature 25 individual portraits honoring some of the people whose actions helped shape the American Revolution and establish U.S. independence.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Postal Service filed notice today with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) regarding a time-limited price change to better align its costs of transportation with the market. This temporary price adjustment will provide needed flexibility for the Postal Service by helping to ensure that the actual costs of doing business are covered, as required by Congress.
