 Leah Swick is the Ma
 nager of National Material Customer Service (NMCS). Her USPS journey began
  a decade ago in the Topeka Material Distribution Center\, where she spent
  her first hours learning the operational side of the organization before 
 moving into NMCS. There\, she steadily advanced through each tier\, gainin
 g hands‑on experience that now shapes her leadership approach. Today\, L
 eah oversees an internal helpdesk that provides critical support to postal
  facilities nationwide\, suppliers\, business partners\, transportation te
 ams\, and occasional customers with a focus on service\, collaboration\, a
 nd operational excellence.
