PCC Events provide a valuable opportunity for business mailers to gain a better understanding of Postal Service policies, programs, and procedures that have been specifically designed to improve their mailing and shipping needs.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Postal Service today announced several new stamp issues to be released later in this year, along with dates and locations for many of the announced stamps. These designs are preliminary and may change.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Postal Service will observe Independence Day on Saturday, July 4. All Post Office locations will be closed. Regular mail delivery and retail services will resume on Monday, July 6. Post Offices will be open, and deliveries will occur as normal on Friday, July 3.

EDGARTOWN, MA — Today, the U.S. Postal Service released Summer Sunset, a new nondenominated, nonprofit-rate stamp intended for bulk mailings by authorized nonprofit organizations. The stamp was issued in Edgartown, MA, without a ceremony.

Effective August 1, 2026, the Postal Service™ will revise Labeling List(s) L002, L005, L012, L016, L051, L201, and L606 to reflect changes in mail processing operations. Mailers are expected to label according to these revised lists for mailings inducted on or after the August 1, 2026, effective date through September 30, 2026, expiration date. The changes will be published in the Postal Bulletin, Issue #22707.
